Job summary

Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai are seeking a Cluster Assistant Director of Sales to drive commercial performance across two luxury properties, focusing on leisure markets and high-end travellers.

You will lead strategic account development, manage key partnerships, and collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Brand and Operations to maximize revenue and market share. Five+ years in luxury hospitality sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive luxury hospitality sales experience.
• Experience in senior sales roles and multi-property environments.
• Proven ability to develop key accounts and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of luxury leisure source markets and distribution channels.
• Experience with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs and partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive leisure revenue across Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai, targeting high-value travellers.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to grow production.
• Support cluster sales targets, budgets and commercial objectives.
• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for two hotels.
• Manage key accounts, conduct regular reviews, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Brand and Operations for aligned commercial approach.
• Represent hotels at trade shows, missions and partner engagements.
• Provide regular commercial updates and actionable insights.
