Job summary

Banyan Group seeks a results-driven Leisure Sales professional to lead growth for Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai. You will cultivate relationships with luxury travel partners and premium clients to maximise occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury hotel sales, strong market insight, and a proven ability to hit targets across distribution channels in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and sales targets
• Strong understanding of luxury leisure travel and distribution channels
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Hospitality Management preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
