Job summary

Banyan Group in Dubai seeks a results-driven leisure sales professional to grow revenue for Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with luxury partners, and present compelling proposals to high-net-worth travelers.

The role requires 2–3 years in luxury hospitality sales, strong English, excellent presentation skills, and CRM/MS Office proficiency. A Bachelor’s in Hospitality or Business is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably luxury hospitality.
• Experience in leisure sales is preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets and develop new business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.

Requirements
