Job summary

Alert International in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a commercially driven Business Development professional to drive lead generation and secure profitable project opportunities across luxury interiors, architectural products, renovation, and fit-out sectors.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to proposals, negotiations, and contract closure—building long-term relationships with architects, designers, and developers while achieving sales targets

Qualifications

• Commercially driven BD professional with UAE luxury interiors network.
• Proven track record in project sales and closing high-value deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; English required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure profitable opportunities in luxury interiors and related sectors.
• Manage client meetings, proposals, and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with design, technical, estimation teams to align proposals.
