Job summary

MASQ World is seeking a senior sales officer to build and maintain a strong lighting sales pipeline. You will handle all sales activities for the lighting product line, identify opportunities, and meet annual targets while operating in the assigned territories.

The role requires 5–8 years in business development or project sales with lighting experience, excellence in negotiations, and the ability to read architectural drawings. English fluency is essential, with Arabic a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of business development, project sales, or account management experience with LIGHTING sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing medium-to-large-scale projects.
• Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of project sales cycles, tendering processes, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and collaborate with technical and project teams.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by recognizing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
• Schedule and attend meetings with clients and develop opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through support and guidance.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and market activities to identify new products.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Manage sales cycle from prospecting to closing with follow-ups for repeat business.
