Job summary

NR Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Dubai to lead requirements gathering, analysis, and artifact creation. You will work closely with vendors and IT to drive end-to-end testing, UAT, and RFx processes, leveraging Jira, Confluence, and other collaborative tools.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with loyalty platforms like iLoyal, strong SQL, and process mapping skills to define business scope and deliverables. A structured, Agile-friendly mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements gathering and creating deliverables.
• Strong SQL query building and API testing (Postman/SoapUI).
• Experience with iLoyal loyalty platform is required.
• Familiarity with BI/DW concepts and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis with clear deliverables.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT to resolve issues.
• Support UAT and end-to-end testing cycles.
• Define scope for RFIs/RFPs and assist procurement.
• Map business processes and create use-case diagrams.

Description

Business analyst Requirement gathering Analysis Basic SQL query building and execution API execution via postman / SoapUI

Experience in iLoyal (Loyalty management platform) is a must

Experience in Requirements gathering and analysis and creation of associated deliverables

Familiar with Business Analysis Methodologies - Eg: Agile Methodologies like Scrum/Kanban and tools such as JIRA Confluence Miro Visio or Azure DevOps

Experience in User Acceptance Testing and end-to-end testing cycles

Experience in interacting with Vendors

Experience in defining the Business Scope for RFI/RFP process

Experience in handling IT Support issues raised by Business & follow up of issues raised with internal IT & Vendor

Experience in process mapping (e.g. use case diagrams data
