Job summary

Orient Insurance PJSC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Life Insurance domain expertise to support business transformation and technology initiatives. You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, define target processes, and support successful solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years BA experience with Life Insurance domain knowledge.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Maps, and Use Cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Gap analysis and process re-engineering capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and target processes.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows and use cases.
• Liaise between business users, technology teams and vendors.
• Support testing activities including SIT/UAT and traceability.
• Assist in change management and business readiness activities.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
