Job summary

Core42 in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior, individual-contributor to lead onboarding and licensing operations across Azure and other platforms. You will manage licensing lifecycles, verify approvals and contracts, and maintain audit-ready records while coordinating with partners and internal teams.

You will develop reports/dashboards, drive automation, optimize processes, and support procurement/finance with POs and invoicing. Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business analytics, business administration, finance or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in onboarding, licensing or subscription operations, analytics, vendor management or sales ops.
• Experience managing cross-functional onboarding and software licensing lifecycles across Azure or comparable platforms.
• Experience producing operational reports, dashboards, reconciliations and insights; automate with data controls.
• Strong Excel, communication and stakeholder-coordination skills; familiarity with reporting/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and licensing services for customers, partners and internal users across Azure and other platforms.
• Manage licensing lifecycle from request validation through renewal, suspension and retirement.
• Validate approvals, contracts, billing details and supporting documents; maintain records.
• Monitor service levels, renewals, dependencies and risks; escalate delays and keep audit-ready records.
• Act as the ops contact for resellers, distributors and vendors; manage quotations, orders and renewals.
• Track partner actions, performance and issue resolution against SLAs; support procurement and finance with POs and invoices.
• Develop reports/dashboards for onboarding, licensing, renewals, utilization, cost and compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks, data issues and savings opportunities; translate findings into actions.
• Standardize manual tasks into controlled workflows; build automation for provisioning, renewals and reporting.
