THE·TEAM, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Commercial Operations Lead to formalize sponsorship sales structures, governance, and reporting. You will supervise pipelines, CRM requirements, and cross-functional coordination to ensure visibility of priorities, opportunities and risks for senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate across commercial, strategic and specialist teams to create structure in complex sales environments and ensure resources align with opportunities at the right stage.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in commercial operations, sponsorship sales, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales pipelines and processes.
• Solid CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent reporting and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead the commercial operations framework for sponsorship and partnerships.
• Govern the commercial pipeline with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Run regular pipeline reviews and address at-risk opportunities.
• Oversee CRM data quality and process improvements.
