Job summary

SAEED AHMED LOOTAH & SONS GROUP (PSC) in Dubai seeks a seasoned professional to manage contracts from pre-award to close-out. You will review and interpret contracts, subcontracts, variations, and claims, coordinating with project teams, consultants, and clients.

The role requires UAE experience with a main contractor, strong FIDIC knowledge, and proven capability in commercial management, claims, and subcontract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in contract administration/contract engineering within building construction projects.
• Experience with main contractor., Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage contractual matters from pre-award through project close-out.
• Review, interpret, and manage contracts, subcontracts, variations, claims, and extension of time submissions.
• Coordinate contractual matters with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
• Support the commercial and quantity surveying teams in contract administration and cost control activities.
• Prepare contractual correspondence and maintain accurate records of contracts, approvals, claims, and project documentation.
• Identify contractual risks and provide recommendations to management.
• Assist in dispute resolution and final account settlements.
