You will drive enterprise-wide HR transformation, automate processes, and enhance HR platforms such as Oracle Fusion HCM.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, IS or related field.
• Experience across People/HR Transformation, HR Technology, Digital Transformation or HR Operations.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms, ideally Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Experience managing complex projects, roadmaps and multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of process improvement, automation and change management.
• Ability to use workforce data and analytics for decision-making.
• Comfort working with senior leadership, Technology teams, vendors, and partners.
• Experience in financial services or large organizations is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead People Transformation initiatives to simplify and redesign processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and introduce digital solutions.
• Lead enhancement and optimisation of HR platforms, including Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Build transformation roadmaps, operating models, governance, and change plans.
• Manage major transformation programmes from planning to benefits realisation.
• Drive employee experience initiatives to boost engagement and effectiveness.
• Own the end-to-end Employee Survey programme from planning to action planning.
• Use HR data and dashboards to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Look for smarter, simpler, and more efficient ways of working across People.
