Job summary

Rakbank in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned People Transformation Lead to connect people, technology, data and business needs, shaping the future of work across the organization. You will drive enterprise-wide HR transformation, automate processes, and enhance HR platforms such as Oracle Fusion HCM.

You will build roadmaps, governance, and change plans, manage major programmes through delivery and stabilisation, and partner with senior leaders to realise benefits and improved employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, IS or related field.
• Experience across People/HR Transformation, HR Technology, Digital Transformation or HR Operations.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms, ideally Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Experience managing complex projects, roadmaps and multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of process improvement, automation and change management.
• Ability to use workforce data and analytics for decision-making.
• Comfort working with senior leadership, Technology teams, vendors, and partners.
• Experience in financial services or large organizations is a plus.

• Own the journey: Manage major transformation programmes from planning and implementation through to stabilisation and benefits realisation.
• Shape the employee experience: Lead initiatives that strengthen employee experience, engagement and workforce effectiveness.
• Listen and act: Own the end-to-end Employee Survey programme, from planning and vendor management to deployment, analysis, reporting and action planning.
• Turn insight into impact: Use HR data, workforce analytics and dashboards to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Keep improving: Look for smarter, simpler and more efficient ways of working across the People function through process improvement and automation.
• Bring people together: Partner with senior leaders, People teams, Technology, vendors and implementation partners to drive transformation forward.
• Make change stick: Build engagement and adoption around new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Keep us on track: Establish strong governance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure initiatives meet internal, audit and regulatory requirements.

What do you bring?

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Organisational Development or a related field.
• Strong experience across People/HR Transformation, HR Technology, Digital Transformation, Employee Experience or HR Operations.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes and major technology implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms, ideally Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Experience managing complex projects, transformation roadmaps and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of process improvement, automation and change management.
• Ability to use workforce data and analytics to support better decision-making.
• Confidence working with senior leadership, Technology teams, vendors and implementation partners.
• Experience within financial services or another large, complex organisation would be an advantage.
• A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification would be an added advantage.
