Job summary

Rakbank is seeking an experienced transformation professional to lead People Transformation initiatives across the employee lifecycle, modernise HR services, and optimise HR platforms such as Oracle Fusion HCM. You will shape roadmaps, governance, and change management to deliver measurable benefits.

You will work with senior leaders, technology teams, and vendors to drive adoption, improve employee experience, and ensure initiatives align with regulatory and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Organisational Development or related field.
• Strong experience across People/HR Transformation, HR Technology, Digital Transformation, Employee Experience or HR Operations.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes and major technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Transform how we work: Lead People Transformation initiatives that simplify, standardise and redesign processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Make HR smarter: Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve services and introduce innovative digital solutions.
• Power the technology: Lead the enhancement and optimisation of HR platforms, including Oracle Fusion HCM, and ensure technology works for our people and business.
• Turn strategy into action: Build transformation roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks and change plans that move ideas into delivery.
• Own the journey: Manage major transformation programmes from planning and implementation through stabilisation and benefits realisation.
• Shape the employee experience: Lead initiatives that strengthen employee experience, engagement and workforce effectiveness.
• Listen and act: Own end-to-end Employee Survey programme from planning to deployment, analysis, reporting and action planning.
• Turn insight into impact: Use HR data, workforce analytics and dashboards to identify trends and opportunities.
• Keep improving: Seek smarter, simpler, and more efficient ways of working across People through process improvement and automation.
• Bring people together: Partner with senior leaders, People teams, Technology, vendors and implementation partners to drive transformation.
• Make change stick: Build engagement and adoption around new systems and processes.
• Keep us on track: Establish governance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure initiatives meet requirements.
