Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey region. You will deliver measurable improvements in performance, customer and colleague experience, operational efficiency, risk and control effectiveness, and productivity.

You will translate strategy into executable change, establish governance, manage senior stakeholders, and drive risk, control and digitisation initiatives

Qualifications

• UAE visa requires a graduation degree; attestations/equivalency if degree from outside UAE.
• Strong banking risk and control understanding; engage with Second Line of Defence.
• Proven ability to embed controls into process and tech changes with audit-ready evidence.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma and strong root-cause analysis.
• Data-led decision making with performance metrics and dashboards.
• Partner effectively with Technology; manage governance forums and stakeholders.
• Able to operate in ambiguity, negotiate trade-offs, and drive timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of transformation programmes from initiation through closure.
• Translate strategy into clear roadmaps with scope, milestones and benefits.
• Establish governance including steering committees and investment cases.
• Provide progress reporting on risks, dependencies, issues and benefits.
• Embed risk, control and audit requirements into delivery with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead process improvement, operating model redesign and digitisation initiatives.
• Define target operating models and build business cases with trade-off analysis.
• Track benefits and take corrective action where needed.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Drive adoption and sustain change with communications, readiness and training.
