Delivery Hero is hiring a Sr. Specialist Fleet to oversee last-mile logistics across the region, driving operational excellence and implementing tools to improve fleet performance. You will manage a team supporting riders, track daily metrics, and coordinate with 3PLs for driver standards.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, reporting, and planning store/region launches while ensuring optimal supply and cost efficiency. A strong background in fleet management and data analysis is required.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–4 years experience in fleet roles and at least 2 years in fleet management.
• Proven experience in managing a fleet of drivers or logistics teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for large data analysis.
• Strong commercial awareness and familiarity with lean economics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on operational support for last-mile implementations.
• Monitor KPIs such as delivery speed, cancellation rates, unit economics, and star ratings.
• Manage a team that directly supports riders and tracks daily performance.
• Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to boost fleet efficiency.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports required by management.
• Plan store and regional launches and ensure optimum supply.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure driver performance meets standards.
• Mentor and support new team members.
