Position Overview

Azizi Developments is seeking a Senior Landscape Project Engineer in Dubai, UAE to oversee and manage landscape construction works across major residential and mixed‑use developments. The role focuses on supervising hardscape and softscape activities, ensuring projects are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines while maintaining high construction quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise landscape construction works including both hardscape and softscape activities across project sites.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to landscape works.
• Ensure proper execution of hardscape works such as interlock paving, kerbstone installation, pathways, pergolas, water features, retaining walls, and landscape structures.
• Oversee softscape installation including planting, turfing, irrigation systems, and horticultural works.
• Monitor project progress to ensure landscape works are completed within approved schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications and authority standards.
• Coordinate with QA QC and HSE teams to maintain quality standards and safety requirements.
• Resolve technical issues on site and provide guidance to site engineers and subcontractors.
• Support project close‑out activities including snagging, de‑snagging, and final landscape handover documentation.
