Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or related field.
15-20 years of landscape and swimming pool delivery experience with senior leadership.
Experience managing large residential and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

Lead landscape and swimming pool packages from design through handover and maintenance.
Manage delivery across multiple projects with clear priorities and milestones.
Review designs with consultants, architects, and MEP teams for buildability and compliance.
Develop and monitor programmes, procurement schedules, and resource plans.
Direct site teams and contractors to ensure work follows drawings and specs.
Oversee QA/QC, HSE, snagging, testing, and commissioning activities.
