Job summary

Kingston Stanley in Dubai is partnering with a leading multinational organisation to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to drive employee development, leadership programmes, talent management, and culture initiatives.

This hands-on role requires a dedicated Learning & Development specialist with strong expertise in instructional design, training programme development, and end-to-end L&D execution, including designing, delivering and measuring impact across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant L&D experience with focus on development and culture.
• Hands-on experience in instructional design, content development, and end-to-end programme delivery.
• Experience developing leadership programmes, competency frameworks, and talent initiatives.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in a multinational environment; Middle East/Africa exposure is advantageous.
• Excellent command of English.

We are partnering with a leading multinational organisation to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to drive employee development, leadership programmes, talent management, and organisational culture initiatives.

This is a hands‑on role requiring a dedicated Learning & Development specialist with strong expertise in instructional design, training programme development, and end‑to‑end L&D execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Learning & Development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design, develop, and deliver customised internal training programmes covering leadership development, functional competencies, and employee development.
• Manage high‑potential talent programmes, succession development initiatives, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored learning solutions to address organisational capability gaps.
• Drive organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders and change agents.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership programmes, and internal learning sessions across diverse teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with strong specialisation in Learning & Development, talent development, and organisational culture.
• Proven hands‑on experience in instructional design, training content development, and end‑to‑end programme delivery.
• Demonstrated experience developing leadership programmes, employee competency frameworks, and talent development initiatives.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Previous experience within a multinational organisation is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the Middle East and Africa business environment would be advantageous.
• Excellent command of English.
