Job summary

Arab Wood Industry is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead joinery installation projects from planning through handover in Abu Dhabi. You will manage multiple projects, supervise site teams and subcontractors, and coordinate with clients, consultants and suppliers to ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a UAE civil/mechanical engineering degree, 5+ years in woodworking/joinery, and strong budgeting and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: UAE minimum 5 years as Project Manager in woodworking/joinery/interior fit-out.
• Proven budget management and cost control experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Maximum age 40 years.
• Available to join immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a minimum of 2 joinery projects simultaneously.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor all site installation activities.
• Lead site engineers, installation teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs and resource utilization.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Track and achieve project KPIs and profitability.
• Prepare regular progress reports and resolve challenges proactively.
