Job summary

Arab Wood Industry is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead joinery installation projects from planning through handover in Abu Dhabi. You will manage multiple projects, supervise site teams and subcontractors, and coordinate with clients, consultants and suppliers to ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a UAE civil/mechanical engineering degree, 5+ years in woodworking/joinery, and strong budgeting and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience: UAE minimum 5 years as Project Manager in woodworking/joinery/interior fit-out.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a minimum of 2 projects simultaneously. Plan, coordinate and monitor all site installation activities. Lead site engineers, installation teams and subcontractors. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal departments. Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs and resource utilization. Ensure projects meet quality, safety and contractual requirements. Track and achieve project KPIs. Control project costs and maximize profitability. Prepare regular progress reports and resolve project challenges proactively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager in the woodworking, joinery, or interior fit‑out industry.
• Strong experience managing installation of Kitchen Cabinets, Wardrobes, Wooden Doors, Vanity Units, and other custom joinery works.
• Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent planning, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
