Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in Dubai seeks a senior Project Manager for joinery and fit-out leadership. You will oversee planning, production, site installation and handover of complex joinery projects.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture and 15-20 years of UAE/GCC experience in mass production joinery and interior fit-outs, with strong coordination, shop drawing review and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 15–20 years of joinery and fit-out project experience, preferably in UAE/GCC.
• Strong experience in joinery mass production and interior fit-out projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, production teams and site installation.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, shop drawings and fit-out execution.
• Excellent project management, coordination and communication skills.

• Handle projects involving both mass joinery production and site fit-out execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, production teams, procurement and site teams.
• Monitor project scope programme manpower materials quality and costs.
• Ensure timely production delivery installation and project handover.
• Review shop drawings, material specifications and production requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field.

15-20 years of experience in joinery and fit-out projects, preferably within the UAE/GCC.

Strong experience in joinery mass production / factory operations AND interior fit-out projects.

Proven experience managing multiple projects, production teams and site installation activities.

Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, shop drawings and fit-out execution.

Excellent project management, coordination and communication skills.

UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
