Job summary

Royal Joinery in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the fit-out phase of joinery projects, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, and supporting design development, procurement and construction to meet schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 5 years’ joinery project delivery experience, strong knowledge of joinery techniques, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6 or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a related discipline.
• 5 years’ experience delivering joinery projects; hospitality and commercial sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials and processes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Professional certification in project management (PMP) is a plus.
• Experience with MS Project/Primavera/Procore.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage joinery project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resources.
• Lead design teams to develop solutions within client budget.
• Provide project leadership to ensure designs meet contract.
• Administer contracts and ensure contractor compliance.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality and safety.
• Ensure adherence to specifications, standards, health and safety.
• Support tender documentation, review bids, negotiate contracts.
• Lead project meetings and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage and organize project drawings, specs and contracts.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for the General Manager.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
