Job summary

Blackstone eIT is seeking an experienced IT Systems Consultancy Service in Abu Dhabi to provide onsite expertise across Microsoft infrastructure, Cisco collaboration, VMware virtualization, and DR planning. The consultant will review, troubleshoot, and strengthen performance, security, and reliability of the organization's IT environment.

Key responsibilities include incident analysis, capacity planning, SOP development, and ensuring compliance with UAE IA Standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer/Communications Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management and troubleshooting in reputable organizations.
• Experience with L2/L3 infrastructure support and ITIL framework.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery and DR drill execution.
• Experience participating in Major Incident Management and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review IT systems and infrastructure performance and provide technical recommendations.
• Ensure high availability, optimal performance, security, and reliability of IT systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis for system incidents and propose effective solutions.
• Develop plans to improve application availability and performance.
• Develop capacity planning and risk management aligned with ISO standards.
• Support DRP development and DR drill execution and maintenance.
• Work within ITIL framework and participate in Major Incident Management.
