Job summary

BlackStone eIT in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Senior Network & Security Engineer to deliver onsite network consultancy and support within a large enterprise environment. The role covers L1-L3 troubleshooting, monitoring, and ITIL-aligned service management, with after-hours work and potential remote/onsite support outside normal hours.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, 5–7 years of hands-on enterprise networking experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Provide L1, L2, and L3 network troubleshooting and technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity and performance issues.
• Monitor network infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues.
• Support network and security infrastructure to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.
• Perform network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Work within ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve network and security incidents.
• Provide technical consultancy and recommendations for network and security improvements.
• Support incident resolution, escalation, and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting records.
• Support network monitoring activities with ManageEngine or similar tools.
• Provide remote or onsite technical support as required.
