Job summary

We One is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the client IT team in Dubai. The role involves providing L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network issues, managing incidents, and ensuring thorough documentation.

You will assist with software installations, upgrades, access management, and user requests. Additionally, you will handle system administration tasks, manage user accounts, patching, backups, and recovery processes, and collaborate with IT colleagues to resolve complex cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end-user support and system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience with user account management, software management, and patch management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage and resolve IT incidents and service requests, with proper documentation and tracking.
• Support software installations, hardware upgrades, access management, and user requests.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and provide basic user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
