Zusammenfassung

ParamInfo in Dubai is seeking a Senior IT Support Manager with 8+ years of IT support experience to lead end-user support teams across multiple sites in a large enterprise. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization, plus ITSM/ITIL proficiency.

Industry experience in Construction, Engineering, or Real Estate is a plus.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT support, including significant experience managing end-user support teams in an enterprise environment.
Strong hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization technologies.
Proven experience managing enterprise IT security solutions, including firewalls, endpoint protection platforms, and security policies.
Solid understanding of ITIL best practices and IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, including incident, problem, change, and service request management.
Relevant professional certifications, such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator, ITIL, CCNA, or equivalent qualifications, are preferred.
Previous experience in the Construction, Engineering, or Real Estate industry would be highly advantageous.
Understanding of construction site operations, project-based working environments, and the IT infrastructure and end-user support requirements across multiple sites and project locations.
Demonstrated ability to lead IT support teams, manage service delivery, maintain high levels of user satisfaction, and ensure reliable and secure IT operations across the organization.
