Job summary

Sudlows is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join the Global IT Team in an on-site role in the UAE. The candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for users across the UAE, India, Singapore, and future international locations, with a focus on Microsoft 365 administration and device management.

The role encompasses Windows and endpoint support, infrastructure assistance, and IT project delivery, including New Office Deployments and regional expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in IT Support, Systems Administration or similar.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience with Entra ID and Intune RBAC/PIM.
• Windows 11/10 deployment and support experience.
• Experience with PowerShell for admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for office-based and remote users.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and RBAC/PIM.
• Deploy and manage Windows devices with Intune and Autopilot.
• Support regional office deployments and remote sites.
• Maintain security controls and compliance.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on projects.
