Job summary

GDIT is seeking an experienced IT program management leader to oversee CMS/CCIIO initiatives. You will manage contract performance, KPI metrics, and multi-team releases while ensuring governance and continuous improvement using Agile practices.

The role involves aligning policy directions with delivery plans, integrating cloud platforms, and producing KPI dashboards to support operational decision-making. A Public Trust clearance is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years IT program/project management.
• 8+ years of CMS program management experience, preferably with ACA or NSA operations.
• Managerial experience in mission-critical technical environments.
• Demonstrated Agile experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with AWS, Salesforce and data governance.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must have lived in the US for at least 3 of the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison across CMS/CCIIO and contractor leadership.
• Manage contract performance, including SLAs, KPIs, and CPARs outcomes.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects and releases across geographically dispersed teams.
• Establish governance mechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives based on Agile best practices.
• Translate policy direction into actionable delivery plans and executive briefings.
• Integrate program management with technical oversight across AWS and Salesforce platforms.
• Design KPI dashboards and reporting for performance transparency.
• Champion automation and AI/ML-enabled optimization for operational decision-making.
