Job summary

GDIT is seeking a seasoned professional to support the ICAM Program Management Office. You will prepare and organize program materials, track deliverables, and coordinate documentation to keep leadership aligned with goals and timelines.

The role requires a Secret clearance and 5+ years in Enterprise IT or Program Analysis, with proficiency in SharePoint, Jira, and Microsoft Teams. On-site UAE-based program support is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of an active Secret security clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Project Management, or Program Analysis.
• Experience supporting programs in complex technical environments.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Jira, or Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain materials and artifacts for ICAM Program Management Office.
• Coordinate and maintain Program documentation including agendas, notes, action items, and trackers.
• Support Program leadership by maintaining awareness of goals, timelines, and operational priorities.
• Track CDRLs and contract deliverable artifacts.
• Conduct Program onboarding and offboarding activities for personnel.
• Ensure Monthly Status Reports (MSR) and Quarterly Program Reviews (QPR) are finalized and delivered.
