Job summary

National Bank of Fujairah is seeking a Manager - IT PMO to govern and coordinate the bank's IT project portfolio. You will work with project managers, business, and technology teams to ensure delivery aligns with standards, timelines, and budgets.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in banking technology delivery, governance, and reporting. UAE banking environment familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Engineering/IT or MBA/CA with banking knowledge.
• PMO or project governance and reporting experience.
• 8–10 years in PMO, project coordination, or IT delivery in banking.
• Professional Scrum Master or PMP/Prince2 is preferred.
• Banking/financial services sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PMO governance, tracking, and reporting across IT projects.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets for portfolio delivery.
• Prepare dashboards and performance metrics for management.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and escalate where needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, business, technology, finance, risk, and vendors.
• Ensure data quality and governance adherence across projects.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships under SLAs.
• Support benefits tracking and change management processes.
• Maintain project documentation and lifecycle controls.
• Ensure regulatory, audit, and controls compliance.
