Job summary

You will mentor a team, manage incidents, vendor partnerships, governance, and change control, and build technical training plans to keep the Five Tribe ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in a Senior MIS/IT role within the Luxury Hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure: servers, networks, security systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guests and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and manage costs with analytical thinking.
• Experience in governance, change management, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT support and service delivery across FIVE Hotels & Resorts.
• Manage incidents, requests, and resolutions with the Support Desk System.
• Develop training plans and upskill the IT team.
• Oversee governance, change management, and compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Monitor systems and curtail issues with proactive trend analysis.
