Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in a similar role is an Advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Welcomes and bids farewell to guests warmly and courteously.
• Strong teamwork and cross‑department collaboration.
• Proactive problem‑solving and ownership of duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and memorable arrivals/departures.
• Escort VIPs and assist with facilities, events, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Reservations for seamless service.
• Handle guest requests with courtesy and timely follow‑up.
• Maintain FIVE‑brand standards in lobby and guest interactions.
