The role focuses on cloud migration, automation, budget oversight, and vendor management, ensuring scalable, secure IT environments that enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

8–10 years IT experience, including leadership roles in luxury hospitality or enterprise IT environments.
Proven track record in IT strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity governance.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi-property IT strategies aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on scalability, security, and innovation.
Drive enterprise-level digital initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and advanced cybersecurity frameworks.
Ensure adherence to IT governance standards, data protection laws, and cybersecurity protocols across all properties.
Oversee IT budgets, optimize resource allocation, and manage vendor contracts for cost efficiency and service quality.
Lead planning and implementation of network upgrades, server architecture, and disaster recovery solutions.
Establish and monitor security frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures against cyber threats.
Partner with senior leadership and department heads to integrate IT solutions that enhance guest experience.
