Job summary

Moro Hub is seeking a Senior Manager – IT Systems & Support to lead the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems operations, and support functions. You will ensure availability, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT services across on‑premises and hybrid environments.

You will drive modernization, automation, lifecycle management, and disaster recovery while aligning with security standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and support operations across Linux, Windows, databases, storage/SAN, backup and recovery, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and end-user computing environments.
• Drive infrastructure modernization and lifecycle management across on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Own DR/BCP strategy, planning, testing, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams and manage vendors.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and operational outcomes.
