Job summary

Edison Smart is seeking a Senior IT Manager in Dubai to own the IT infrastructure, cloud systems, Microsoft 365, data integration, BI and digital project systems. You will manage a small IT team and drive digital transformation as the company grows, including a new office deployment and scalable reporting capabilities.

You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic technology initiatives across finance, project management and document control,

Qualifications

• Strong infrastructure experience with hands-on digital, data and automation capabilities.
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure.
• Power BI and data modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT setup and infrastructure for a new office supporting ~60 employees.
• Oversee servers, networking, hardware and systems infrastructure.
• Manage and mentor a small IT team.
• Develop integrations between finance, project management and other systems.
• Build API connections into Power BI.
• Build and maintain scalable data models.
• Work with leadership to translate business requirements into reporting insights.
