Job summary

CoorB is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to guide the infrastructure workstream for a banking project. You will ensure secure, scalable, highly available IT infrastructure environments and coordinate with technology, security, and project teams in a remote setting.

Responsibilities include leading design, implementation, and ongoing operations across on-prem and cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on security, compliance, and disaster recovery in highly regulated banking

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years in infrastructure engineering or related technology role.
Experience in banking or highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
Experience leading infrastructure teams and large-scale tech implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure design, implementation, and support across project and production environments.
Provide technical leadership for infrastructure workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Manage enterprise infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud/on‑prem environments.
Ensure security, availability, performance, and regulatory compliance of infrastructure.
Oversee deployments, migrations, DR planning, and disaster recovery activities.
