Job summary

• Develop capacity planning and disaster recovery processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
• Collaborate with application, operations and cybersecurity teams.
• Evaluate local and cloud environments (Azure, VMware) for optimization.
• Monitor infrastructure KPIs and SLAs for data-driven improvements.
• Manage infra project tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Recommend technical enhancements for security and scalability.
• Identify automation opportunities within infra operations.
• Support compliance with information security policies.
