Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority is seeking an senior information security leader to develop and implement the organization’s information-security strategy, risk framework, and security programs across sectors. The role will steer threat assessment, incident response, and SOC readiness, aligning with laws and Authority needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• 9+ years experience (11+ years with Bachelor's degree).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement information-security strategies aligned with laws and Authority needs.
• Define the risk framework with registers, scenarios and escalation paths.
• Set Authority-wide security programs and standards across sectors.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and threat trends; issue strategic recommendations.
• Lead SOC operations planning and response workflows.
• Oversee VAPT planning, tools, and frameworks; conduct readiness tests.
