Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority seeks an experienced infrastructure architect to design and maintain scalable Nol system architecture across the RTA digital ticketing environment. You will ensure continuity, integration with partners, and strong security controls while driving operational excellence and disaster recovery readiness.

The role requires a degree in engineering or information systems, 3+ years of relevant experience (5+ with a bachelor's), and certifications such as AWS/Azure

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or information systems.
• Experience: 3+ years with master's degree (5+ years with bachelor's) in related field.
• Certifications: AWS/Azure Solutions Architect Associate, PMP, ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Design infrastructure and solution architecture aligned with technology strategy and integration needs.
• Analyze performance forecasts and conduct capacity planning to ensure scalability and continuity.
• Maintain ACS infrastructure for uninterrupted services and high system availability.
• Coordinate with PTOs/vendors and internal partners for API/SDK integration and incident reports.
• Execute security controls and fixes from penetration tests, ensure audit compliance.
• Lead disaster recovery drills, backups, and KPI reporting; maintain BIA and BCP plans.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve infrastructure issues.
