Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or Master’s in transportation engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience for Master’s; 7+ years for Bachelor’s in related field.
• Experience with Right of Way policies and cross-agency collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate policies governing Right-of-Way occupation, encroachment, and inspection protocols.
• Lead initiatives to enhance field-inspection practices and regulatory frameworks with AI-powered detection.
• Draft MOUs and agreements with government and semi-government entities.
• Execute and monitor field inspection campaigns for violations related to excavation and encroachments.
• Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely responses and regulatory compliance.
