Job summary

ALEC Holdings PJSC is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to provide trusted executive IT support to senior leadership in a fast-paced enterprise environment. You will manage devices, security, and collaboration tools for C-level executives and their assistants.

The role emphasizes proactive incident response, remote support for travel, and coaching Service Desk engineers. Suitable for candidates with strong executive-facing experience and Microsoft 365 expertise.

Qualifications

Provide executive IT support to C-level executives and their assistants.
Experience supporting VP/CEO-level users in a large enterprise.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, device management and security.

Responsibilities

Builds trusted relationships with executives and offices, serving as single IT contact.
Advises on technology use and coach executives in tool adoption.
Manages executive devices across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
Ensures secure remote access and readiness for travel or remote work.
Acts as senior escalation point for Service Desk during peak times.
Maintains executive support standards and creates knowledge articles.
