National Bank of Fujairah is seeking a Senior Relationship Officer for Islamic Banking Client Services. The role focuses on onboarding, KYC renewals, documentation, and prompt resolution of inquiries within a centralized service pool.

You will coordinate with multiple internal units to ensure timely responses and high client satisfaction. The position requires strong product knowledge, MS Office skills, and the ability to manage several stakeholders while maintaining governance and risk

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations, trade finance back office, or client servicing institutional banking.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver seamless service experience to a designated portfolio of clients.
• Ensure onboarding, KYC renewals, and documentation control.
• Monitor portfolio engagement and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Relationship Teams, Operations, Trade, Compliance, Credit and other units.
• Maintain governance, compliance and risk controls.
