Job summary

Sundus Gulf is seeking an IP Product Manager in Dubai to lead ICT networking projects, develop IP/network solutions, and drive pre-sales activities with customers. You will prepare BoQ, HLDs, and technical proposals while coordinating with sales teams to win opportunities.

The role requires 5+ years in ICT/IP networking, strong design and architecture skills, and experience with MPLS/VPLS/IP VPN/Firewall. CCIE/CCNP/CCNA HCIE/HCNP/HCNA certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ICT, IP networking, telecommunications, or network solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing & switching, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with MPLS, VPLS, IP VPN, Firewall, EDR, and routing protocols.
• Strong IP network design and architecture experience.
• Experience with BoQ, commercial design, revenue improvement, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop IP/network solutions based on customer and tender requirements.
• Prepare BoQ, quotations, HLDs, and technical proposals.
• Manage pre-sales activities and customer relationships.
• Attend customer meetings and support business development.
• Manage opportunities from initial stage through contract.
• Conduct product, competitor, and market analysis.
• Provide product/technical knowledge transfer to the sales team.
