Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Head of Internal Communications to shape culture and align messaging with the Group's strategic agenda.

You will lead strategy, develop employee engagement programs, coach leaders, and oversee channels including the intranet to ensure consistent, timely IC across the organization. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in communications and 10+ years in corporate comms with 3+ years in management; UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR or related field.
• 10 years of progressive, senior-level corporate communications experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-sector organizations preferred.
• Strong understanding of internal communications' strategic role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise development and delivery of internal communications strategy aligned with KPIs.
• Measure effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Advise leaders in building internal communications action plans to support business objectives.
• Support the internal positioning of the Group CEO and strategic comms calendar.
• Oversee multiple employee channels to ensure consistency, timeliness, transparency and effectiveness of IC.
• Support development of intranet structure, core content and processes aligned with IC objectives.
• Develop the group’s IC team and network of practitioners across businesses.
• Develop communication strategies to support change initiatives and strategic programs.
• Create strong client relationships with business leaders and internal clients.
• Ensure functional reports are prepared timely and meet requirements.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
