Job summary

Qualifications

• 12 years of progressive external communications experience in corporate/government settings.
• Proven ability to manage media relations and develop strategic plans.
• Experience leading social media initiatives and crisis communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead external communication programs, campaigns, and content strategies.
• Deliver integrated PR programs to articulate key messages and growth initiatives.
• Build narratives and messages that reinforce corporate communications.
• Coordinate with executive management for aligned external communications.
• Lead planning and implementation of social media strategy and community management.
• Manage relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee content across reports, press releases, website, and videos.
• Provide crisis communication plans and protect corporate reputation.
