Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design required.
• 7+ years of UAE-based interior design experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client briefs.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring client alignment.
• Communicate the brand through presentations, drawings and professional conduct.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and clients to meet design goals.
• Oversee on-site and remote supervision, maintaining clear communication.
• Lead the ID department, mentor interns and improve team performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends to keep the studio competitive.
