Boundless in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Institutional Account Manager | FX to build and manage a portfolio of institutional clients across FX and multi-asset trading. You will generate new business and deepen relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and corporates in the UAE and beyond.

You will collaborate with trading, risk, and operations to deliver competitive pricing, liquidity, and execution while ensuring compliance with SCA and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Institutional FX Sales or Institutional Business Development within a brokerage, bank, or liquidity provider.
• Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition in FX markets.
• Strong knowledge of FX products, liquidity models (STP/ECN), and trading technology.
• Excellent network among institutional and professional clients across MENA, Europe, or Asia.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (required); Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

• Stay informed about FX market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure compliance with SCA and internal policies in all sales activities.
