Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank seeks an Institutional Execution Trader for an on-site role in Abu Dhabi. The role executes equity and fixed income orders for institutional clients, sourcing liquidity and ensuring compliant, disciplined trading across markets.

Ideal candidates have 4 years of relationship management experience, brokerage exposure, and a strong understanding of UAE market regulations, ESCA, and regulatory standards. On-site, UAE-based position.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 4 years of relevant relationship management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience within a brokerage firm.
• Knowledge of ESCA and UAE market regulations.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute buy and sell orders for institutional clients and report executions promptly.
• Source liquidity from brokers and clients to support order flow.
• Present execution capabilities to prospective institutional clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk management policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for the Head of Desk.
