Job summary

ADSS in Abu Dhabi seeks an Associate Director, Relationship to lead a Sales team serving high-net-worth clients in FX and CFDs. You will drive NCV growth, client acquisition, upgrades and reactivation while delivering exceptional service and regulatory compliance.

You will manage a strategic portfolio, coach the team, and partner with senior leaders to shape sales campaigns, ensure pipeline health and optimize client outcomes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of proven sales, relationship management or business development experience in FX/ CFDs/ online trading.
• Experience leading a high-performing sales team and achieving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Associates and Senior Sales Associates to meet sales objectives.
• Drive NCV growth through client acquisition, upgrades and reactivation strategies.
• Oversee HNW client portfolios and ensure exceptional service and compliance with regulations.
• Collaboration with senior leadership on sales initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and provide regular pipeline and performance updates.
