Boundless, a fast-growing UAE brokerage, seeks an Institutional Account Manager to build a portfolio of institutional clients in FX and multi-asset trading from Abu Dhabi. You will drive new business, engage hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and corporates, and coordinate with trading, risk, and operations for best pricing and execution.

The role requires 5–10 years in institutional FX sales, strong client networks across MENA/Europe/Asia, and excellent communication skills in English.

Competenze

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Institutional FX Sales or Institutional Business Development.
• Proven revenue generation and client acquisition in FX markets.
• Strong knowledge of FX products, liquidity models (STP/ECN), and trading technology.
• Excellent English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Mansioni

• Build and manage a portfolio of institutional clients in FX and multi-asset trading.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and strategic relationship building.
• Serve as primary contact for institutional accounts, ensuring strong engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with trading, risk, and operations teams to deliver optimal pricing, liquidity, and execution.
• Prepare proposals, term sheets, and presentations tailored to institutional clients.
• Contribute to the overall sales strategy and revenue growth of the institutional desk.
• Stay informed about FX market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure compliance with SCA and internal policies in all sales activities.
